BE AWARE THAT YOUR SUBMISSION OF THE FORM WILL ASSUME THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED THE FOLL0WING:

In consideration of the acceptance by the proprietors of the cat for boarding, the owner by leaving the cat hereby agrees to the following terms:-

1. Boarding fees are chargeable by the day.
2. Should your cat be removed before the end of the booked period, the full fees are payable.
3. If the animal is not collected within 14 days of the due collection date and no communication having been received, the cattery owner may assume responsibility for the cat.
4. Great care is taken to keep your cat fit and well during its stay with Mannings mead, however, if your cat is unwell, we will act as your agent and duly authorize your vet to carry out any treatment deemed necessary. Any fees incurred are to be paid by the owner of the cat.
5. Tablets can be administered free of charge, however Mannings Mead take no responsibility for the cat actually taking the tablet, and further more Mannings Mead reserve the right NOT to give tablets orally.
6. Warranted by the owner, that the animal is in fit and sound condition upon entry.
7. All possible care and attention is given to the animals, but it is clearly understood, that all cats are accepted at the owners own risk.
